This website collects and processes personal data of job applicants for the purpose of processing a job application procedure. This information is used by Speedeck to assess the candidate. The information provided may be used to contact the candidate in regards to their application. This information will not be used for any other purpose. However this information may be recorded for a longer period of time as a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act or similar legislation. If a candidate is successful then the information will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements.
Period for which the personal data will be stored
The criteria used to determine the period of storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of that period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the initiation of a contract.
