Cheshunt Park Farm, Hertfordshire Piled Raft Foundations in Action
Our latest drone footage captures progress at Cheshunt Park Farm in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, where we are delivering the structural foundations for a 24-home residential development.
The project covers 2,561m² of structural foundations, with 23 piled rafts serving 24 homes as part of a 12-week construction programme.
Ground conditions comprise Made Ground over Dollis Hill Gravel Member and London Clay Formation, conditions which we have dealt with over countless sites. With trees scattered across the site, some plots required full heave protection to account for potential ground movement, this can be seen across the video.
From concrete pours to completed raft slabs, the footage offers a closer look at our team’s work on site and the progress being made across the development.
