Harrier Lane Residential Development Timelapse Video – Foundation Construction

This time-lapse captures the delivery of the first 70 plots within Phase One of the development, where SPEEDECK Foundations installed a combination of voided and non-voided piled raft foundations. In total, the package covered 11,221 m², delivering 100+ rafts to support 200 residential units.

The site presented a number of challenges, including complex ground conditions, steep gradients and tree influence. Our piled raft solution provided a clean, safe and dependable platform, allowing construction to progress efficiently and with confidence across this large-scale scheme.
