As a motivated individual with a make-it-happen attitude, you will be the go-to person for ensuring that our site and office teams are supported administratively so that we can focus on providing first-class service to each other and our stakeholders.
Our Company Administrator will be responsible for:
- Facilities management, including weekly, monthly and annual H&S checks/servicing.
- Scheduling/managing meeting room appointments.
- Overseeing the company’s daily office operations to ensure all runs smoothly.
- Organisation of company events.
- Implement and provide effective communication channels to the companies’ employees and site personnel.
- Manage and process personnel forms and database(s) including holidays.
On a given day, our Company Administrator will spend time:
- Being the go-to person for Connect Teams, ensuring project information is completed daily.
- Provide daily support to the directors of the business.
- Assist the operations team, ensuring that new drawings/site information are provided to site teams in a timely fashion.
- Compiling and issuing the O&M packs to the client’s team following the completion of project works.
- Assisting with the completion of PQQ’s and dealing with client requests for information.
- Assist with the renewal of companies’ accreditations: Constructionline, Builders Profile, SMAS, CHAS etc
- Collating and saving weekly site return information, pulling together and maintaining information for KPI’s.
- Assist with booking in of new enquiries.
- Manage and book hotels for site operations as and when required.
- Assist with researching and booking training courses for office & site personnel.

Remuneration
- Annual salary of £25,000-£30,000 (Depending on experience)
- 5 days per week Monday-Friday 08:30-16:30
- 25 days holiday exclusive of bank holidays.
- Option to sell back or purchase up to 5 additional days of holiday per calendar year.
- Company statutory pension.
Reporting:
As the Company Administrator, you will assist the various departments by reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Lead.
